Mark your calendars for November 8th and 9th, as ProWine Mumbai returns for its fourth edition at the Jio World Convention Centre. This premier event has become the go-to hub for the wine, spirits, and hospitality industries, attracting a diverse audience from across the globe.

A New Focus on Spirits

This year, ProWine Mumbai introduces “ProSpirits”, a dedicated segment highlighting the dynamic and innovative spirits industry. With India’s demand for premium spirits on the rise, fueled by a growing middle class and an evolving drinking culture, ProSpirits is set to be the vibrant heart of the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the latest products and trends, and participate in tastings led by industry experts.

The ProWine & ProSpirits Challenge

Adding to the excitement is the “ProWine & ProSpirits Challenge”, a blind tasting competition judged by both industry professionals and enthusiastic consumers. This challenge aims to identify the finest wines and spirits available in India, providing a platform for brands to gauge the preferences of the local palate.

Masterclasses and Competitions

ProWine Mumbai 2024 will feature over 10 complimentary masterclasses over the two days, covering a wide range of topics from leading wine authorities, master distillers, and brand representatives. Additionally, the “ProWine Bartenders’ Competition” offers bartenders a chance to showcase their skills, with the winner earning the title ‘ProWine Bartender of the Year’ and an all-expenses-paid guest shift at an international bar.

Networking and Industry Insights

The “ProWine Mumbai Night” promises to be a major networking event, bringing together key figures from the wine and spirits industry, hospitality leaders, media personalities, and top exhibitors. This exclusive evening will feature a ‘Winning Wines & Spirits Bar’, where attendees can taste the competition’s top selections and learn about market preferences.

Panel discussions will also be held, focusing on critical industry topics and featuring craft spirit producers, global brand ambassadors, and heads of multinational brands.

A Growing Platform

Last year, ProWine Mumbai saw participation from 164 companies showcasing over 1,000 brands from 21 countries, with 5,059 attendees from 24 countries. This year promises to be even bigger, offering an unparalleled platform for brands to connect with large-scale buyers, including hotels, restaurants, bar owners, and wine & spirit enthusiasts.

Drinks & Destinations returns as the media partner for the third consecutive year, providing extensive coverage and insights into the event.

Nikhil Agarwal, Founder of All Things Nice and Co-organiser of ProWine Mumbai, expresses his excitement: “We are proud to have established a strong global platform for the wine and spirits industry in India. With the addition of ProSpirits and the ProWine & ProSpirits Challenge, we are further strengthening this platform and look forward to an exciting edition.”
