This innovative concept is brought to life by the masterminds behind establishments like Pisco by the Beach and Lazy Goose. After Dinner, adjacent to Pisco bar, offers the comfort of a cozy living room with the sophistication of an exceptional cocktail bar, promising evenings filled with unique drinks, tantalizing food, and meaningful connections.
Cocktails Inspired by Stories
The soul of After Dinner lies in its imaginative cocktail creations, thanks to Mixologist Harsh Pandya, who draws from years of global experience, including his time in Australia. His menu is guided by the concept of sonder (on Instagram Harsh goes by @x.sonder), which celebrates the individuality of every person’s journey, the cocktail menu is thoughtfully curated to evoke specific moods, inspired by various rooms in a house.
Try the whimsical Lollipops and Rainbows, a drink that brings childhood nostalgia with its playful teddy bear presentation. For a sophisticated palate, the Pandan-infused Negroni, influenced by the study, offers rich, earthy undertones. Adventurous drinkers can enjoy the bold Something Saucy, a spicy-sweet concoction of tequila, Cointreau, coconut water, and pineapple, topped with coconut caviar—perfect for those looking for a spicy-sweet thrill that captures the spirit of the bedroom.
Other notable creations include the quirky Mouthwash (takes inspiration from the bathroom), completed with a toothbrush garnish that brings a nostalgic smile), and the dessert-inspired Banana Pancakes, featuring homemade banana liqueur paired with tiny pancakes. Designed by Sheldon Pereira and Rahul Thakkar of Right Brain Design, the interiors feature a blend of reclaimed wood, vibrant fabrics, and artisanal ceramics. These thoughtful elements create an inviting space that balances comfort and sustainability, all while reflecting Goa’s laid-back charm.
Co-founder Twinkle Keswani explains, “We wanted guests to feel like they’ve walked into a friend’s living room—a space where conversations flow effortlessly, and memories are made.”

Complementing the cocktails is a stellar tapas-style menu by Co-Founder and Chef Rohan D’Souza, designed for sharing and lingering. Standout dishes include the Tempura Sichuan Pepper River Prawn, enhanced by a bold soy-ginger glaze, and the Living Room Chicken Hot Dog Brioche Buns, bursting with flavours from caramelized onions and fennel cabbage sauerkraut.
